DJ Mixerman (Ross Bessinger) has always loved entertaining people with music and started to mix when he was only 8 years old.
He has grown into one of the leading teen DJ’s in Chicago. His upbeat drive and uncanny style takes any event, party or club to the next level. At only 20 years of age he has the experience of performing with some of the best DJ’s and Artists in front of thousands, Gramatic, Matoma, Big Sean, and Party Favor to name a few. His styles are very versatile ranging from Electro House to Hip-Hop! He always gets the crowd going whether on the decks or the mic.
 

Mixerman founded Rumble Entertainment, a mobile dj service in Chicago. His skills go beyond the turntables, as he is an accomplished drummer as well. Mixerman has deejayed everything from house, birthday and neighborhood block parties to mitzvahs, school events, charity events, high school dances and clubs.
 

Since attending Stevenson High School, he has started a DJ Club and has been helping other kids with the same passion as himself. Not only does he help others Dj, he also is the founder of the Television Broadcasting Network. He has also produced video montages and music videos, along with sound production for various live performances.
 

Now at the University of Illinois, you can find him DJing all across campus. Mixerman has played at many bars and clubs including Joes, The Clybourne, The Red Lion, Venue 51 and The Canopy Club. In addition to his live performances, Mixerman is working closely with local station WPGU 107.1 to help develop a new night time vibe which will be Champaign-Urbana’s first EDM music programing.
